（三）检测考生对由各种词类构成的词组及短语的认知与运用的能力
英语中词组及短语的构成是一种极为复杂的语言现象，如动词+副词，动词+介词，动词+名词+介词；名词+介词，形容词+介词，介词+名词+介词等等。考生在平时的学习中应注意积累，因为这些词组我们一般无法从字面意义上来猜测它们，这样就增加了试题的难度，只有熟悉它们才能在考试中应付裕如。请看下列例题：
