海外备考：
口语考试考题在全球范围内的使用一般有以下两种情况：
在中国大陆范围内最先使用，之后在世界其他各地的考试中被使用。（如澳大利亚，俄罗斯，英国等均正在用至少4个月以前中国大陆在使用的考题）
在中国大陆范围内使用的同时，同步在世界其他各地考试中被使用。（这种情况极少）
因此，口语考试在大陆范围内的话题使用一般是先于世界其他国家或与世界其他国家同步的，但不会滞后。山寨版的预测打出全球适用的旗号，挺有勇气，无知者无畏……
