Ø         Emphasis on different parts of the sentence: e.g. Tom likes to play soccer.

Ø         Emphasis on did/was/do/is/can’t

Ø         Emphasis on if only/ subjunctive mood: if only I had a million dollars.

8. Confusion VII. Tone
