B: I’ve lost my passport, could you help me find it?

B: I’m Raul Gasol from Spain, and my passport number is G12345678。
A：请稍等，我帮您查询一下。
很抱歉，我们的失物招领处还没收到您的护照。
(工作人员将失物招领登记表递给Raul)
