A good runner leaves no track; a good speech leaves no flaws for attack; a good reckoner makes use of no tallies; a well-shut door makes use of no bolts, and nobody can open it; a good well-tied knot makes use of no rope, and nobody can unloose it.
In the same way the sage is always skilful at finding good qualities of people and worthiness of things. So there are no rejected people and things. The reason why the sage can do that is that he understands the wisdom of ‘Tao’ clearly.
So the talented person could teach the everyman, the everyman could offer assistant and warning example for the talented person. It is very important principle.
