•这一题是关于动词的用法。从句义看，这儿要填“到达”的意思。Get后面须接to， arrive后接at或in，attain的意思是“得到”。只有reach无需跟介词，直接跟宾语表示“到达”某地。 所以，做动词选项题时，要考虑动词与宾语是否相配，时态、语态是否合适，以及词义区别。再看下文第1, 2 和8小题的动词：

动词在完型填空中出现频率较高 ，04年考了三题，两题属于词义辨析，一题属于动名词搭配。由于动词是英语句子中的核心，围绕着它出现的语法问题多，自然也就成了测试的重点。复习备考，动词是词汇中的重中之重，应特别重视词义辨析和搭配。
