最后一部分用一般现在时，把“台湾是中国的一部分”，作为真理
2、中国政府在实行和平统一方针的同时始终表明，以何种方式解决台湾问题是中国的内政，并无义务承诺放弃使用武力。
注意：用形式主语翻译
承诺放弃使用武力：renounce the use of force
统一：此处一定要翻译为：reunification
