To me, the present time is highly valued and easily lost in the world. Because of its easy loss, it is thought to be much more valuable.
Why is the present time most valuable? Now I’d better quote Yue Manson’s words as the answer. He said; "If you love time, you’d better love the present time. The time passed will never come back to you again. Though you are not sure about the existence of tomorrow, you will be certain about it today and now. Today you will have the day, which will mean two days tomorrow."
Why is the present time easily lost? Because our universe is so vast. Because our universe turns without stopping. Because time is valuable people cherish it highly. You may ask me what you mean by the present time. What I mean is the time being now. But it passes as quick as a flash and becomes the past. What pity it is if I let it go neglectfully!

我以为世界上最可宝贵的就是"今"，最易丧失的也是"今"，因为她最容易丧失，所以更觉她的宝贵。
为什么"今"最可贵呢?最好借哲人耶曼孙所说的话来回答这个疑问："你若爱千古，尔当爱现在。昨日不能唤回来，明天还不确实，尔能确有把握的就是今日。今日一天，当明日两天。"
为什么"今"最易丧失呢?因为宇宙大化，刻刻流转，绝不停留。时间这个东西，也因为吾人贵她爱她而稍稍在人间留恋。试问吾人说"今"，是吾人的"现在"吗?刚刚说她是"今"是"现在"，而她早已风驰电掣一般，已成"过去"了。吾人若要糊糊涂涂地把她丢掉，岂不可惜?

Today, gentlemen, as I know that many among you are interested in the land, and as I feel that what is termed "agriculture distress" is at the present moment a topic too serious to be omitted from our consideration, I shall say some words upon the subject of that agricultural distress, and particularly, because in connection with it there have arisen in some quarters of the country proposals which have received a countenance far beyond their deserts, to reverse or to compromise the work which it took us one whole generation to achieve, and to revert to the mischievous, obstructive, and improving system of protection.

You feel it welling up inside you, this delicate tingling, as if your every nerve were firing at once. You want to group for the newspaper, your homework─anything─but you no longer control your body.
These seconds of helpless anticipation seem like an eternity, but then the spell is broken. You crash forward, your muscles contracting like a fist, and you can’t even see that people are running away from you because something has forced your eyes shut.
And then it’s over. You relax. Your head is clear, your body under control.
I am talking, of course, about sneezing. I come from a long line of sneezers. My father sneezed, and his father and his father’s father before him were all men for whom a blat from the nose was every bit as bracing as a plunge into the snow following a sauna.
This involuntary reflex known as the sneeze is not one of the burning mysteries of our time, but I’d like to tell you about some superstitions that have sprung up around sneezing and also let you know what’s actually happening when you sneeze. Finally, in the interests of social harmony, I’ll tell you how to sneeze safely and politely.
你会觉得全身冒汗，发抖，好像你的每一根神经即刻就断了似的;你想收拾一下报纸，整理一下家务，做点什么的，可你一下子却不能自我。

打喷嚏也是一种无意识的轻松，它并不是我们这个时代秘密的焦点之一。但是，我想跟你们谈谈有关它的一些流传的迷信问题，谈谈你认为打喷嚏到底是回什么样的事。最后，考虑到社会协同关系，我还想谈谈有关打喷嚏的礼节性问题。
I am not a poet, so I cannot praise my profession with beautiful poems. I am not a scholar, so I cannot value my price with my deep thoughts. I am not a singer, so I cannot sing a song for my post. But I am middle school teacher of English. Now I would like to use my beautiful English words in my mind to compose my most beautiful praise from my heart. Now I would like to work out the most mysterious philosophy in my heart. Now I would like to sing a most enchanting praise for my profession from my heart. I love the profession as a teacher. I love my working post.

Many roads, in all directions, long and short, narrow and wide present before us, of which only one way is left for the youth to feel and take and this way is called "make your way out".
世上有不少的路，东西南北，长短宽狭，其中有一条，好像是专留给青年们去摸索的，叫"出路"。
