修改GRID.pas
在TCustomGrid.SetColWidths事件改为:

修改DBGRID.pas
在procedure TCustomDBGrid.DrawCell(ACol, ARow: Longint; ARect: TRect; AState: TGridDrawState);事件加
找到下面这一行
