解题说明：
1．本题要求写出一封推荐信。推荐信属于书信的体裁，应该注意使用书信的格式。基本格式的四个要素都不能缺少：
1）称呼 (Salutation) 因为是写给朋友的信，可直接称呼其名。
2）信的正文（Body of the Letter）该部分包括被推荐人对他的评价和结尾部分。
3）结束敬语（Complimentary Close） 用熟人和朋友之间常用的敬语。
4）落款(Signature)
2． 在表达上，应该注意题目所给的信息点。这些信息点就是表格中的五个项目。信的第一句话已经给出，所要写的就是信的格式所需的内容和信息点中的项目。特别要注意的是：称呼要根据格式加在所给的第一句话之前。
3．因为是推荐信，所以信的正文中叙述的内容要清楚，重点要突出，还要表达出请求和感谢的涵义。
4．信中内容的层次以表格提供的内容顺序为序即可。
解题技巧：
1．突出主题，不要使用太多的描述性语言。除非对推荐成功有用，不要写与推荐主题无关的东西。
2．信函一般都有一些格式化的句子，写信时要注意它们的用法, 内容中的一些表达也要注意：
1）enclosed you will find … 随信寄去……
Enclosed you will find a congratulation card.
随信寄来一张贺卡。
Enclosed you will find a copy of our draft contract.
随信寄来一份合同草案。
2）has a diverse background 阅历丰富
Our manger has a diverse background.
我们的经理有丰富的阅历。
3）to be beyond what I would considered (competent) （能力）远远超过我的
预想。
The young director is beyond what I would consider clever.
年轻主任的聪明远远超过了我的预想。
4）I would greatly appreciate anything you can do… 我将非常感激你能够做
的任何事情
5）Please feel free to (do) （你）随时可以……
Please feel free to ask me any questions.
你随时可以问我任何问题。
6)With best regards. (结束敬语) 致以最美好的祝福。
3．认真分析汉语提供的内容，尽量简单但又不要忽视一些相关的内容。
4．完成写作后，检查一下，注意格式是否正确，信的基本要素是否都已包括进来。
