补充说明：
1． 该信的收信人是一个公司而不是某个具体的人，因此写信人用了“Dear Sirs”[Sirs要大写并用复数形式]和“Yours faithfully”[faithfully的首字母要小写]。
2． 写信人的地址写在右上角，位置比惧人的地址位置要高。

补充说明：
1． 该信的收信人为具体的某个人，所以用了“Dear Ms. Jansson”开头，用“Yours sincerely”结尾。
2． 在写信人姓名的后面可以写上职位[title]。
3． 该信的格式与第一封有所不同。因为有了印好的信头，就省去了写信人的信内地址。日期在信头的下面，写在左边或右边都有可以。
