一篇写作文章，整体来说主要包括以下几部分：单词、短语、句型以及整体的文章思路和结构。我们现在来整体分析一下。
首先是单词的角度，根据我这几年的教学经验，我发现学生们主要的问题是能写出词汇，但是自己的词汇比较简单，更多像是口语而并不是书面语。我们都知道英文词汇是非常丰富的，一些源于拉丁文，希腊文和法文的长词，多用于正式文体，而一些源于古英语的词汇一般比较短小，多用于非正式文体。首先给大家一些例子，大家可以分析一下，比如：purchase&buy, utilize&use, punctual&on time, investigate&look into. 我们可以通过以上例子看出&前面的单词比后面的单词更加适合于写作。针对于环境问题，我们可以应用以下的单词以提高整体单词的书面性以及书面语的可用性，degradation降解;sewage 污水; waste liquid 废液;destruction of vegetation 植被的丧失;harmful gases 有害气体;take the main blame for 负主要责任。
其次我们考虑句子主要考虑一下几方面：1. 长短句结合2. 倒装句3. 非谓语动词。
长短句结合的应用是非常重要的，现在给大家举一个例子：原句是 I love books. I want to read every one of them. Search the knowledge is my life. It’s what I do best. 这句话就是短句的经典例子。这句话可以转化成I love books. Even I want to read every one of them for the simple reason that searching the knowledge is my life and reading is what I do best. 优化后的句子使用了一个短句和一个长句。第一句起概括作用，第二句起解释说明作用。使人能够分清主次，印象深刻。
倒装句也是写作的一种常用手段，出于修辞的考虑，将句子成分前后倒置，这种现象叫做倒装，倒装句可以强调、突出被倒装的部分，达到较强的修辞效果，给读者留下深刻的印象，比如：Only in this way can you succeed in the end. Only in this way can we put an end to the pollution等。
非谓语动词主要包括不定式、动名词和分词。使用非谓语动词可以使句子更加的紧凑，而且逻辑严谨。
比如：looking into the future, we will try our best to solve all the following issues. 以及Considering all these, I believe we really have a bright future.
从句子的角度考虑，我们主要可以采用一些非常经典的结构，描述环境现象的如：Scientists have warned that unless effective solution are worked out, the problem of pollution will eventually get out of hand. 科学家们警告说如果不采取有效地措施，污染问题最终会失去控制。Beside, trees and lawns in our cities will in the long run help improve the local climate. 此外，从长远角度看我们城市中的绿树和草坪有助于改善当地的气候。Widespread deforestation results in the increase of global temperature and unpleasant change of climate. 大面积的砍伐森林导致全球气温的升高和异常的气候变化。
描述解决方案的如：Both government and ordianry citizens should join hands to make this world a better place to live in, not only for ourselves, but also for our future generations. 不论是政府还是普通市民，都应携起手来共同使我们的环境变得更美好，不但是为我们自己着想，而且是为了我们的子孙后代。Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. 已经采取法律措施来控制空气污染，保护森林和海水资源以及阻止任何环境污染。Scientists are working hard to find ways to keep the earth clean. 科学家们正致力于找到保持地球清洁的办法。Great efforts should be made to improve our environment such as planting more trees, controling the exploration of underground water and so on.我们应该下大力改善环境，例如大面积植树、控制开采地下水资源等等。With the rapid development of science and technology, the enviroment will be improved sooner or later. 随着科学技术的迅猛发展，总有一天环境会得到改善。
